Recognizing that our clients have small to routine legal issues arise frequently, we want our clients to feel they are able to call us without fear of a “big bill” or uncertainty as to whether the issue really requires legal advice. We created an offering known as “outside general counsel”, which we charge for a flat monthly rate, that provides unlimited day to day corporate advice on common business legal issues that arise (i.e., contracts; employee issues ranging from hiring and termination to wage and hour issues to fringe benefits; creditor issues; and tax concerns). This package allows for our clients to proactively address these issues, while utilizing a legal team that fully understands their business.
